Suggested Resolution

My student does not have a Newton County Schools (NCS) Chromebook.

Please call/visit your zoned school to check one out.

My student’s NCS Chromebook is damaged/not working.

Please call your zoned school to receive technical support.

My student CANNOT log in to their NCS Chromebook.

Please call your zoned school to receive technical support.

My student CAN log in to the NCS Chromebook, but Edgenuity will not open.

Be sure you are using the Edgenuity App in LaunchPad (Middle and High School)

or

logging in to the correct website for Elementary (https://sislogin.edgenuity.com/).

 

For Elementary, the username and password will be the same as what is used to log in to the Chromebook.

 

If you receive an error message, be sure you are using the correct way to log in based on your grade level (Elementary vs. Middle/High).

 

If you continue to experience issues with logging into Edgenuity, ask your facilitator to submit a GetHelp ticket to have the issue addressed.

My student does not have all the classes from their Infinite Campus schedule available in Edgenuity

Please reach out to your facilitator to let them know of the issue.

 

They will submit a request to have it changed.

My student does not know/remember their login information.

Unless a student has changed a password, the login for the Chromebook and LaunchPad is the student’s email address and his/her student number.

My student changed their password and cannot remember it.

Please call your zoned school to receive technical support.

One or more of the apps in LaunchPad do not work

Please have your facilitator submit a GetHelp ticket to have the issue addressed.

My high school student wants to change one or more of their classes.

Please reach out to your facilitator to submit this request.

My student should be in a Quest class but it is not showing in Infinite Campus and/or Edgenuity.

Please reach out to your facilitator to let him/her know of this issue.

I am not getting weekly progress emails from Edgenuity.

Please reach out to your facilitator and they can assist with this.
