Greetings NCSS Parents of Students in Grades 3-12,
The Self-Paced Virtual Instruction Program will open registration on February 26th through March 29, 2024 for the 2024-2025 School Year. Please make sure that your contact information is correct with your student's registrar. This information will provide the contact information for communicating the next registration window and any other NCSS correnspondence. Everyone who wants to attend VIP for the 2024-2025 School Year must complete this form by the end of the application period. Please understand that application for the program is for the entire the 2024-2025 School Year and it is for grades 3-12. Please note that applying does not guarantee a slot in the program. If a student is failing more than one class, they will not be admitted into the program. Parents and students will be notified of acceptance into the program no later than 3 weeks after registration.
If your student is failing more than one class, he/she will not be eligible for the VIP program for the program. Our goal is to ensure that we are giving students the best chance to succeed, and self-paced learning can be a challenge for some. So, please note this change within our registration. There will be a question within the survey that asks about classes passed/failed.
When we activate the registration link, you will need to click on the link, answer the questions, and press submit. Once submitted, we will examine the applications and notify parents of the status of their student no later than 3 weeks after registration. As always, we thank you for supporting our program.
