Thank you for your interest in the Virtual Instruction Program (VIP).
For families that are new to Newton County, you have the opporutunity to apply to the Virtual Instruction Program at the initial registration and enrollment.

Once you have completed all of the registration requirements, please let the registrar or staff member at the school who is assisting you that you would like for your child to attend VIP.
If you are a current Newton County Schools student, VIP holds open registration twice a year:
In the Spring for the upcoming school year,
and
in the middle of the Fall semester (September 30, 2024 to October 18, 2024)
for the upcoming Spring semester.
The application windows will be publicized via School Messenger, the NCS district website, and this webpage.
Enrollment with VIP is through the end of the 2024-2025 School Year.
Please note that applying does not guarantee acceptance into the program.
As this is a self-paced program, current student achievement is the primary criteria that is used to determine acceptance. If a student is failing more than one class, they will not be admitted into VIP.
All current VIP students have to re-apply each Spring for the upcoming school year.
In order to apply during the next application window, you will need to click on the link below, answer the questions, and press submit.
Once submitted, we will review the applications and notify parents/guardians of the decision approximately 3 weeks after the application window closes.
